Enhancements and Resolved Issues

New Zone tool with automatic numbering, data label, color presets, and schedule support.

Doors and windows have a new Alignment Side property that controls which side of the wall the opening aligns to. The alignment is set in the insertion phase and can be changed at any time to flip the window or door without having to modify the host wall.
The surface of doors and windows is now a computable parameter that can be added to schedules.
Improved rendering of the reveal of doors and windows.
Sliding windows now show their fill colour.
Doors and windows are now better integrated into their host wall.

Walls: added new Join option to disable connections to walls on different layers.
Walls: improved connections between basic and composite walls.

On non-HiDPI displays, the text of dimensions is now rendered properly at zoom levels below 100%.

New Flip Horizontal and Flip Vertical commands for graphic objects.
The Join command now creates a single line when applied to two collinear lines whose end points are coincident.

Added support for color transparency.
Improved conversion of splines defined by control points (NURBS).
Added a menu to select the view to export on the Export dialog.
Adjusted resolution of exported text size.
Table cells with multi-line content are now exported correctly.
Added popup notification after a successful export.
Fixed export of bézier curves.
Closed splines are now exported correctly.
When exporting to multiple files, each file name now has a prefix with the sheet class to better differentiate the drawings.
Fixed paper size in exported layouts.
Improved conversion of viewports in layouts.
On Windows, files with spaces in their name were not exported correctly to DWG.

Improved the calculation of the sheet bounds.
The frame border is now always rendered as a continuous line.
The default origin of layouts is now located at the lower-left corner of the margins instead of being at the physical edge of the paper. This allows to change the margins while leaving the drawing unaltered. An option in the Page Size project settings was added for compatibility with older projects.

Updated the Page Setup dialog so that it always shows the list of available printers.

On Windows: improved support for texts and labels.
On Windows, fixed situation that caused viewports to be ignored.
On Windows, fixed rendering of gradients.
Labels and texts on two or more lines could occasionally be placed at the wrong position.
Images with resolution lower than 72 DPI could be placed at the wwong Y position on Windows.
Fixed the dimensions of the PDF pages when the page size is set to “By sheet”.

The Parameters table on the Schedule Settings window did not work correctly on the light theme.

Improved definition of keyboard shortcuts.
The main toolbar and the Properties toolbar on the main window now adjust for window tiling on macOS Sequoia and Windows 11.
Fills menu: the global “Opacity” slider is now named “Fill Opacity” to better differentiate it from color opacity.
The Project Browser now shows the scrollbar after loading a project.
Project Browser: items that are selected automatically by an external action now expand the parent group if closed.
Fixed the width of Window and Door family menus on high-resolution displays.
The drawing scale menu on Object Info and on the pop-up panel of the Project Browser now work correctly.
The Area units popup menu on Object Info did not work correctly.
The line-type button on the Properties bar is now sligthly longer so that its shows more items by default.
Popup menus now always open inside the visible area of their display, taking into account the menubar and the task bar.
The What’s New window now shows a scrollbar when the available space is not tall enough to show all the items.
Improved handling of key presses to confirm or cancel an action on dialog windows.
It is now possible to temporarily hide the Renew button that is visible on the main toolbar when the current update plan has expired.
Improved theme support for the Preferences panels when the current theme is different from the system theme.
Fixed occasional internal error caused by the project previews in the Home window.

New Inner Margin field in viewports let you define a custom distance from the viewport frame.
New Centre View command button on viewport objects.
Resolved issue that caused the Viewport tool to stick after editing a viewport.
Fixed the Center View command now and added ability to rebuild the viewport frame when its size is set as “by drawing”.
Viewport settings: the Source menu did not include schedules and did not mark the currently selected source.

On Windows 10, push buttons are now rendered correctly with the light theme.
Fixed scrolling of the Layers menu on the Properties bar
Fixed bug that caused long menus to not show the scrollbar on high-resolution displays.
Font menus are now of the correct width.

When Snap to sub-objects is active, objects inside symbols are no longer highlighted as they are non-selectable.
Pushing a selected object’s Settings button could occasionally open the settings window of the current tool instead of the object’s.
Resolved an issue where editing a selected object with the Selection tool or pushing an object’s floating button would not restore the Selection tool properly.
Preferences: recent projects are now saved and loaded separately from the main preferences.
Deleting the only schedule now restores the current sheet to the last active drawing sheet.
Objects are now deselected before creating a new schedule.
Deleting sheets on the Project Browser now correctly restores the last active sheet and updates the workspace accordingly.
